Born and raised in Stockton, Joan has deep roots and strong ties to the community. Joan has built long-standing relationships during her over a decade of real estate sales experience. This includes successful relationships with Bank and Asset Managers listing and selling Bank owned properties. Joan has also used her experience to assist first time home buyers through the process of qualifying and finding their home. She has a unique way of remembering existing real estate inventory and then matching it with people who have expressed an interest to “move-up” or “move-down” in their current real estate situation. To better serve her clients, Joan has obtained certifications preferred by many lending institutes. This enables her to represent buyers and sellers with confidence. Life experience has given Joan the knowledge of the probate process. This experience helps families successfully list and sell these properties. Julie Miller is a real estate agent for the Provencio Group Brokerage. She received her real estate license in 2006 and eventually earned recognition as a multi million dollar producer. She began her career in banking, more specifically in the lending department. With an eye for design in both interior and landscaping, she started consulting clients to create dream spaces. Her passion is homes and their gardens which led her to selling real estate. She finds it most advantageous for her clients that she can consult them on their financing options as well as staging their properties to sell. She prides her self on knowing the market and available inventory. Serving Lodi and its surrounding areas. Her experience is vast. Specializing in both town living from the first time buyer to the buyer who is looking to move up, as well as country properties with producing agriculture income to include luxury estates.

When she is not working hard for her clients she spends time in her own garden and entertaining family and friends in her home who she shares with her husband and two dogs, Tino and Ginger. Her three sons are her pride and joy and finds inspiration from them. She can play a mean game of ping pong too!



Jillian joined the Provencio Group Real Estate Brokerage in 2014, as their marketing director. She is responsible for the marketing, communication and business development efforts of the brokerage.

In addition to strategic business development efforts, she directs media relations, branding, and advertising. She manages and oversees events, marketing training and more. Jillian’s mission is to expose their properties to a wide range of potential buyers in a local, and national level. Jillian understands the importance of showcasing properties with the upmost quality of marketing tools available in our industry today. She is determined to make the experience of buying or selling a home as comfortable and smooth to all of her clients.
